Frenchmen Art Market
By far the most fun place to shop for locally made arts, crafts, and jewelry, the Frenchmen Art Market is probably THE best place to shop in New Orleans. As you'll see below, there are lots of great shops and boutiques throughout the city, but this market condenses the best of the city into a fun nighttime market. It recently moved, but I'm sure the market is better than ever!
